Description:
EA series electronic type electric actuator is equipped with
various segmental valve(ball valve, butterfly valve, plug valve.)
to form industrial automatic control electric valve such as
electric control valve, electric ball valve, electric butterfly
valve and so on.
Without servo amplifier, EA series electric actuator adopts
advanced technology of a built-in intelligent control module to
realize conveniently control and operation via 4~20mA control
signal of PPD positioning technology.

GRAT's own PPD patent has created a new mode of positioning by
changing the drawspring into torsional spring to realize longer
service life, higher positioning accuracy, simpler debugging and

* Strong motor
The motor is designed according to the valve operating
characteristics with high starting torque, low starting current and
smaller rotation inertia. The stators winding with a inbuilt
overheat protector (automatic recovery type) to stop the motor to
protect whole set of equipment safety when the valve was blocked.
* Precision gear This actuator consists of precision tangent
multistage gear and shaft made of superior steel with heat
treatment to present high strength, good abrasion resistance, and
to withstand a long-term fatigue load. The gear mechanism is filled
with molybdenum grease of imported food grade to complete the
permanent lubrication without inspection or maintenance.
* Torque transmission output mechanism In any position, the valve
can be locked by the worm gear and worm stem made of high strength
special alloy materials by precision machining. The worm gear and
output shaft is an integral structure to fundamentally eliminate
torque transmission interval problem to ensure more reliable
transmission.
* The screw won't off The design can prevent the parts from losing
during disassembly.
* Mechanical limited device Mechanical stroke limit bolt made of
stainless steel and a limited stopper can precisely adjust the
actuator to be a required angle. In order to conveniently modulate,
the bolt is at the outside of body, and which is locked at required
position by stainless steel nut after finishing each adjustment.
Limit angle is usually set to 0~900 in the factory.(Custom angle
depends on the customer )
* Valve opening display. The lens and body is glued with glass
adhesive of imported food grade, which has high adhesive strength,
unpolluted products and high temperature resistant to effectively
resist the corrosion from the rain and other severe environment.
* Manual handle Stainless steel handle can drive valve to rotate in
debugging or power failure, S means shut, O meats open.
* Wiring interface Two G1/2 waterproof cable joint is respectively
for power line and signal line to prevent interference.
* The micro switch The imported micro switches have contact
quality, operating life, insulating performance.
* Precision potentiometer The high precision potentiometer is from
three the largest brands supplier in the world, whose service life
has more than 100,000 times long, and which is specially suitable
for small opening modulation to ensure the accurate regulation of
electric valve.
* Control module The control module with resin package has the
remarkable characteristics such as high decomposition degree,
powerful function, anti vibration, long service life and high
reliability.
* Servo The inbuilt control module continuously compares the input
signal with the potentiometer feedback signal to stop the motor at
equilibrium, then output shaft make the valve hold on in the
corresponding position until input signal is changed to ensure
continuous precision adjustment of valve opening.
